Grove Application – Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Grove application, owned and operated by Al-Ajmah Al-Oula LLC, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Eligibility
- The application is available only to users aged 18 years or older.
- Non-Saudi residents may use the application while physically present in Saudi Arabia.
Nature of Service
- Grove acts as a direct seller of products offered on the application.
- All prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Grove reserves the right to modify prices, product availability, or descriptions without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws.
Account Responsibility
- Access is granted via mobile number verification.
- Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
- Misuse of offers, promotions, or services is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension or Termination
Grove may suspend or permanently close an account, without compensation, in cases including but not limited to:
- Abuse of promotions or offers
- Fraudulent or misleading complaints
- Violation of published policies or terms
Intellectual Property
All content within the application, including text, images, designs, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Grove and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
Communication
- In-app notifications are considered legally sufficient.
- WhatsApp and in-app chat (Intercom) are recognized as official communication channels.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Riyadh.
- In case of conflict, the Arabic version prevails as the final legal reference.
